When we launched Shepherd Compello back in 2014 we also welcomed Chris Hatt. At that time, we were setting out on an exciting new venture and Chris’s experience, enthusiasm and professionalism were attributes which were a perfect fit.
The word Compello means to drive forward together and Chris has been instrumental in helping drive our business forward. For this he has our deep thanks. We are naturally sad to bid farewell to a member of our Shepherd Compello ‘family’. However, Chris will be setting out on a new, exciting venture as he relocates to the United States with his family.
We are also delighted that in his new role Chris will work closely with us and in particular with Steve Hart who has recently joined us and taken up Chris’s mantle, ensuring continuity and upmost professionalism both internally and to underwriters alike.
So our friendship and association will continue to drive forward together. We are certain he will be as successful in the next chapter as he has been with us – thank you Chris.
